EAGLE Multi Cement Primer is a suitable water-based wall coating primer on interiors and partially applicable for exteriors as an undercoat to interior exterior emulsions.

Surface Preparation(Pre painting steps)

• Old Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease.
• Eagle Multi primer should not be applied on seepage or dampness surface.
• For filling cracks upto 3mm use Eagle Crack Filler.

Directions for use:

Apply 1 coat of Eagle water based Multi cement primer by thinning 1 ltr of primer with 750ml-1 ltr of water. Allow the wall primer to dry for 4 hours. After first coat, allow it to dry completely, then sand with emery paper to smoothen the surface. Now apply the 2nd coat of cement primer with a time gap of 4 to 6 hours on the surface. No added Lead. Lead contents do not exceed 90 parts per million.
