Description

It is a single component, high solid, cold applied 100% pure acrylic elastomeric membrane coating. High breaking resistant good elongation properties and recovery highly resistant uv light weathering exposure reflect the sunlight and reduce the room temperature. It has high breaking strength and tear resistance, easily applicable , single component. It can be applied with brush / spray.

Application for

• a) 1 Kg polycoat plus + 1 ltr water- 1st coat
• b) 800 gms polycoat plus + 200ml water- 2nd coat
• Waterproofing of flat or sloppy basements of buildings,
• Stone, Brick or wood walls,
• Corrugated Ac sheet roofing / Metal Sheets,
• External vertical walls and chajjas.

Coverage : 50-60 sq ft per ltr / coat, depends on the surface condition.
(Coverage depends on roughness and porosity of surface.)

Shelf life : Best before 2 years from date of Mfg.
